泳池沒執照遭檢舉勸導未改善遭罰6萬
游泳池沒變更執照營業遭罰6萬！位在新北市汐止伯爵山莊的活動中心，去年有業者承租，在暑假期間開放給社區居民使用，也對外招生教小朋友游泳，不過，民眾檢舉，場所的使用執照沒變更，業者遭工務局開罰，就連滅火器和自動灑水設備也有瑕疵，如果3個月不改善，可能還要吃上最高3萬的罰單！
位在汐止伯爵山莊的活動中心，小朋友趁著放暑假跟著教練學游泳，天氣熱泡在水裡好舒服，大家玩得很開心，不過，民眾檢舉這裡根本是無照營業。
負責人星星教練：「補登記的，請建築師，我們都有在做。」
負責人說，活動中心的所有戲水設備本來就有，荒廢了5年多去年才跟社區管委會承租場地，每年只有營運7月和8月提供居民玩水，也對外招生，當初，以為是建商要更改使用用途才沒多加理會，如今被罰款6萬，將會找建築師補齊資料，只是，執照還沒過，消防人員到場安檢又發現滅火器過期、自動灑水系統和警示燈不亮等缺失，3個月如果也沒改善，最高還可開罰3萬元。
負責人星星教練：「因為我們這邊原本都有這些消防設備，滅火器的部份過期，我們現在請消防公司全部拿回去換粉填充。」
公安傳出有疑慮，業者說，小朋友下水都有教練和救生員看著，硬體設備不完備將儘速更換，免得小孩學游泳，家長提心吊膽！
